WARRANTY
Every Mad Hudson watch comes with a one-year warranty, because things should work—and if they don’t, we’ll make it right.
If your watch stops ticking (and it’s not your fault), we’ll repair or replace it. No weird hoops. No long forms. You cover shipping—we’ll handle the rest.
SHIPPING
We pack and ship every order ourselves, out of Chicago, IL. No warehouse bots. No dropship drama. If your watch is in stock, it’ll ship out within 3 days. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as it’s on the move.
PRE-ORDERS
You’re early. We like that. If you’ve pre-ordered a watch, we will communicate on the product pages and emails about when we expect them to land on your doosrstep. We’ll keep you updated the moment anything changes. Sit tight—the madness is inbound.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Changed your mind? Existential dread?
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery—as long as the watch is unworn and in its original packaging.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International Orders are now live! Heads up: If you’re ordering from outside the U.S., your country may charge customs fees or taxes. We don’t control it, and we don’t love it either.

MANUFACTURING
Our watches are made in Hong Kong by a team we’ve worked with for about a decade. They’re meticulous, fast, and somehow still patient with us—even when we ask them to build things that make no mechanical sense on paper. They bring our chaos to life with precision, and we’re lucky to have them.
